This stuff drives me CRAZY. I know a computer tech- who shall remain nameless- who insists there is nothing wrong with going on-line with a customer's computer if "just for a minute" until Avast! or AVG can be downloaded. I totally disagree, but then, I'm not the tech... *shrugs*

I would just be happy for a system that worked and did what they said it would... I am sure there is so much more that they just don't wish us to know...

makes me wish it would all go back to letter writing...ok well...

maybe not completely lol
