PostSubject: Immediate relief for knee strains....   Sun May 02, 2010 1:12 am

Why do I add this? Because I just flipping twisted the crap out of my knee...

So, in case it happens to someone else... let my inner therapist guide you LOL

R.I.C.E. <---- remember that acronymn...

R: Rest
I: Ice
C: Compression
E: Elevation

Ibuprofen always a good option....

Did I mention ice?????

Arnica is another good option...gel for topical application, sublingual for working on the trauma from the inside...

Ice...I mentioned that one, right?

and my final suggestion...

Don't be stupid and go flying over the bed to grab the phone if you DON'T know exactly where the bedside table is....

*Muttering to herself*

SOB hurts.... lol... it really does....
